Plus, the housekeeper threw out my food without asking, like, seriously? After all that, I woudl have expected a room upgrade or some sort of compensation, but nope, just regular treatment. Almost wrote a positive review but just couldn’t.

Checked into a room with an awful smell, likely from the bathroom, which lingered throughout our stay. Found black mold on the shower wall boards after returning. The kitchen wasn’t fully stocked for longer stays, so if you're planning to cook daily, be prepared to bring your own supplies.

The stay was quite enjoyable, particularly because the shared kitchen was perfect for grabbing quick snacks after exploring local attractions. The room I stayed in was nice and comfortable, and I appreciated the free parking, which made coming and going easy. I also loved sipping my coffee on the balcony while taking in the view. Being so close to Rainbow Falls and the beautiful Boiling Pots made my trip even better!

The room was super spacious and clean. It had a comfy bed and a beautiful private bathroom with a large shower and double vanity sinks. The large flat-screen TV had great reception. There was a nice Lanai and a small cozy sitting area. Parking right at the front door was a bonus, too!

The location was perfect for visiting all the spots on the Hilo side of the island, including a quick few minutes drive to the stunning Rainbow Falls. The spacious shared kitchen allowed us to prepare quick snacks after exploring, which was very convenient for our small kids. We also appreciated the easy communication and access with codes for the door, making our arrival smooth.
One downside was the noise from fellow guests, which could be distracting.

It wasn’t cheap but still acceptable when sharing costs.

We had an awesome time with friends! The large kitchen was great for preparing meals after our days out. We explored beautiful spots like Rainbow Falls and went whale watching. Free parking made it easy to come and go. Enjoyed sipping coffee on the scenic balcony for sunrise.
One downside was the shared kitchen didn’t have all the essential supplies we needed for cooking daily, so it's wise to bring some extras.

The spacious accommodations featured a wonderfully large kitchen and stunning views, perfect for cooking and relaxing.
